Fresh Scallop Confit 130g Serves Two Outstanding

Fresh scallops gently cooked in Brittany butter seasoned with bread crumbs and shallots … the result is something delicious with a very delicate flavour –  even when you open the tin the smell of scallop hits you and the flavour and texture are superb.

At its’ best enjoyed tepid (or just at room temperature) on some toast, accompanied by a side salad and a very chilled medium dry white wine.

Another way to enjoy it is fill 2 small scallop shells (if you have these) with the confit de St Jacques, add some bread crumbs, and warm gently in an oven and serve warm.

Ingredients? Scallops (59%), fresh brittany butter (13%), fresh onions, bread, water, salt, pepper.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard 1 year minimum. Once open store in a fridge 0-4c, and consume within 2 days.
