A high quality and very enjoyable French porcini mushroom soup prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.
Like everything Maison Godard prepare, this is excellent, has a deep and well balanced flavour of real porcini mushrooms and is very nourishing indeed.
To enjoy, simply pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently until hot.

Duck broth (water, duck, carrot, turnip, leek, clove, celery), cream, porcini mushrooms, potato, porcini mushroom juice, wheat flour, butter, modified starch, salt, pepper.
