This ham carries the protected DOP Extremadura designation, guaranteeing its authenticity and origin. The free-range Iberico pigs spend their final months roaming the traditional Spanish dehesa woodlands, where they feed naturally on acorns (bellotas) during the annual montanera season.

How Should You Serve Ibérico Ham?

- Remove the packet from the refrigerator around 90 minutes before serving.
- Open the packet approximately 10 minutes before serving.
