A delicious and 100% natural lobster bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.

Maison Perard were founded in 1964 and their seafood soups are reputed France wide for their quality.

Perard lobster soup simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and makes a delicious French starter for three.

Goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille. Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.
