A 100% natural, fine tasting, beautifully balanced lobster bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet.
Maison Perard have a France wide reputation for preparing delicious seafood soups.
Warm gently in a saucepan until hot and serve with fried bread croutons, rouille and grated Emmental for a delicious French starter for light main.
