A flavoursome duck pate from South West France seasoned with black truffle juice.
Has good depth of flavour, a medium coarse texture, and the truffle juice just adds a small earthy note.
Makes a very enjoyable starter for 2-3 people served at room temperature on some warm toast, any good quality bread or baguette.

Pork meat and pork fat, duck meat, pork liver, chicken liver, water, black truffle juice, eggs, milk protein, white wine (contains sulphites), pepper, shallot, antioxidant (sodium disulphate), natural flavouring, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and rosemary.
