About this product
A full flavoured pork liver pate prepared with 40% pork liver, which has wonderful depth of flavour and is really a great example of a very good French liver pate.
This pate is seasoned with a little garlic and shallots, which just add a little “je ne sais quoi” – an extra layer of flavour!
Very enjoyable served on some warm toast to put in full value the melt in mouth texture of this pate.
This genuine Landes style rustic pâté is preservative free and made with completely natural ingredients.
Prepared for us by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
