Shelf life and storage?
Storage is very easy as these are preserves with a long shelf life of two years (cupboard storage is fine). Once open, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Cooking Preparation Tips
You can add different flavour dimensions to your cassoulet in simple ways such as adding fried sliced shallots and garlic to add a sweeter flavour, adding a few teaspoons of tomato concentrate and/ or stock to give it a more open texture, you can add chorizo for smokiness.
