Ibérico Salchichón – Acorn-Fed Excellence

Crafted from the meat of free-ranging Ibérico pigs, this exceptional salchichón comes from animals that spent 10–12 weeks fattening on acorns across the dehesa pastures of Extremadura. The result is beautifully marbled meat with a distinctive depth and sweetness unique to acorn-fed pork.

Seasoned simply with salt and cracked black pepper, this traditional Spanish salchichón (Spain’s answer to Italian salami) allows the true character of the Ibérico pork to shine—rich, rounded, and delicately aromatic.

Awarded 1 Star at the 2016 Great Taste Awards, judges praised:
