Fleur de sel de Guérande fine salt crystals are harvested by hand in the Guérande salt marshes by skimming of the top layer of salt – the result is that the crystals are very fine, making them perfectly suited to sprinkling over food for a visual and gourmet finish.

Simply sprinkle a few fleur de sel salt crystals over grilled fish, meats or raw vegetables prior to serving for an extra flavour dimension.
