A very enjoyable, 100% natural, fresh mussel veloute prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Has the flavour of mussels, seafood and a delicate, well balanced taste – and something a little different!
Serve hot with fried bread croutons and rouille. Alternatively you can add fresh mussels to it!
Maison Perard have a France wide reputation for preparing excellent seafood soups.

Water, mussel flesh, fish, mussel stock, onions, modified maize starch, white wine, cream, butter, Guerande sea salt, parsley, pepper, Espelette pepper, laurel, Thyme.
