Cassoulet is a traditional French dish prepared with tender pieces of pork and charcuterie simmered in a rich lingot bean sauce, creating a hearty stew that’s a complete meal on its own.

La Belle Chaurienne were founded in 1964 and have since become one of France’s most reputed cassoulet brands.

Storage? Can be stored in a cupboard up to 2 years. Once open store cassoulet in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients? Pork, Toulouse sausages, charcuterie, lingot beans, duck fat, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper.

Cassoulet Preparation Tips!

Simply pouryour cassoulet into an oven-proof dish and heat at 180°C for 20 minutes. Short on time? You can warm also warm your gently in a saucepan or microwave dish.

For a little extra flavor, sauté an onion or shallot to add in, or add in some chorizo for an extra flavour dimension. Et bon appetit!
