Wild Boar Terrine (180g)

A traditional French wild boar terrine (Castaing brand) seasoned with sage and berries. Entirely natural and preservative free.

This pate has great flavour, a pleasant and appetizing colour, good texture and the taste of berries works well with the wild boar.

Delicious served at room temperature on some lightly toasted French bread or baguette. Also works well as part of a Ploughman’s lunch!

Ingredients? Pork meat and fat, wild boar, eggs, white wine (sulfite), poultry liver, starch, gelatine, salt, Armagnac, onions, aroma (gluten), spices, garlic, sugar, aromatic plants.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard up to a year. Once open store in a fridge and eat within 3 days.
