Confit d´Oie Aux Lentilles Vertes Du Puy (840g Serves Two)

A delicious French meal for two prepared with tender goose confit simmered in a flavoursome Puy lentil sauce with small pieces of larding bacon, which add a light and pleasant smokiness.

Preparation Tips? Simply open tin with a tin opener – pour contents into a saucepan – add a little bit of water to loosen up the lentils – and warm gently. This dish is a complete meal in itself and does not require a side although a green salad will not go amiss!

Ingredients? Goose confit (29%), green Puy lentils (23%). Sauce: duck stock, onions, carrots, turnip, leeks, cloves. Smoked pork breast, duck fat, salt, wheat flour, celery, egg, pepper.

Storage?  Store in a cool dry place up to 2 years. Once open store in a fridge 0-4c and consume within 3 days.
