A high quality French organic bitter orange jam (The Frenchman brand) prepared with 77% organic oranges and 23% unrefined cane sugar.

Delicious on brioche, baguette, toast …  GFN verdict “very vibrant and intense taste of fresh bitter oranges – 90% a marmalade but somehow marginally different … with a loose open texture which we enjoy”.
