A very enjoyable beurre de saumon, literally “smoked salmon butter” in French, which is more akin to a smoked salmon pate than anything else.
Delicious served cool on warm toast with a few drops of optional lemon juice.
The flavour is deep, pleasant and well balanced and the texture is spreadable making it ideal for toast.
