The famous and equally delicious sweet chestnut cream/ spread prepared by Clement Faugier.
Made with 50% chestnuts, marrons glacés pieces, sugar and natural vanilla extract, it offers a smooth, velvety texture and delicious chestnut flavour – it is sweet, but not overly and the taste is perfect!
It’s so delicious, you will find yourself eating it from the tube! For the more civilised?! On warm toast, croissants, pancakes, fold into whipped cream for a Mont Blanc style dessert … you can’t really go wrong!
