A very enjoyable, high quality, goose foie gras prepared by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg, France.
Edouard Artzner is one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers and supply the likes of Harrods.
The texture and flavour are lovely and these come in easy to open jars with screw top lid.
Serve two very generously or three normal portions.

Goose liver, water, salt, sugar, spices, anti-oxydant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.
