Guy P (verified owner) –
Thoroughly enjoyable, very flavoursome and definitely one to lay in for winter, when good hot soup is a must. (indeed I have done just that) my only quibble would be getting the meat off the duck bones with a soupspoon is something of a challenge. Easily enough for 2 adults as a soup intro to a main meal. Substantial enough to be a meal on its own for one hungry male who hates cooking!
