About this product
A very enjoyable side dish of cooked lentils in goose fat.
Goes particularly well with duck confit, Toulouse sausages (or indeed any sausages) and also as an accompaniment to any form of roast.
To enjoy, simply, pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and warm gently whilst stirring.
Prepared by La Belle Chaurienne in Castelnaudary.
Ingredients
Water, lentils, goose fat, carrots, onions, larding bacon, tomato puree, salt, garlic, pepper, modified starch.
May contain traces of gluten.
