Premium quality pitted Agen prunes from Lot-Et-Garonne, which are moist and tender.
Maison Cotolot, our supplier, have been drying Agen prunes since 1906 and have a France wide reputation for excellence.
Delicious added to muesli, granola or porridge. Agen prunes also work well in savoury dishes such as stews and are traditionally paired with rabbit. Another classic recipe is Agen prune tart. Also a good option for healthy snacking.
