Goose Foie Gras Mi – Cuit With Truffle (2 x 40g Slices) Outstanding

A very high quality goose foie gras mi – cuit prepared for us by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg with a generous slice of black truffle running through the middle.

Overall, the depth of taste and texture of these foie gras are just wonderful and the flavour of truffle adds yet another layer of taste to this excellent foie gras.

If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 5 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried figs or a fig jam/ wine jelly of your choice.
