About this product
One of the best cassoulet in our range prepared for us by Maison Godard in Perigord.
This 100% natural dish features high-quality duck confit, lingot beans, and sausages from Quercy, along with smoked pork and saucisson.
Storage? Store in a cupboard up to 2 years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
Ingredients? Duck confit, sausages, lingot beans, duck stock, onions, tomato concentrate, modified corn starch, fond blanc (wheat, celery, eggs), salt, garlic, parsley, spices, sugar.
Cassoulet Preparation Tips
To prepare, simply pour your cassoulet into a saucepan, adding 1/2 cup of stock if you wish and warm it up gently. Another way to prepare your cassoulet, is to pour into a wide oven dish and spread if out so that you have a middling thick layer of cassoulet on the base. Place all the pieces of meat and charcuterie on top of the cassoulet beans. Heat in a preheated oven (180c) for 15 minutes and serve.
