A superb quality goose foie gras entier (the best grade available) mi-cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg.
Edouard Artzner, our supplier, are one of France’s oldest and more reputed producers and stock Harrods.
Mi-cuit foie gras are cooked for less long than fully preserved foie gras and retain a more delicate flavour and texture prized by connoisseurs.
Each packet contains two ready to use foie gras slices.
