Black Truffle Juice (50g)

A concentrated and 100% natural black truffle juice, which is a perfect way to add to the flavour of black truffle to risotto, sauces, stews and stews.

Truffle juice is extracted by a process called appertisation – during their first cooking, fresh truffles lose 15-20% of their weight in juice and this is what this is. All the truffles aroma can be found in this intensely flavoured nectar.

Shelf Life & Storage? Can be stored in a cupboard 6 months. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 1 week and keep lid on.
