Cassoulet Preparation Tips

For best results pour your cassoulet into an oven proof dish and place 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated at 180c until the top becomes golden brown.

If you have time you can make this great dish even better by gently frying a couple of shallots in a saucepan until golden brown. Then add some pieces of good quality Spanish chorizo and cook gently for 5 minutes, then add your cassoulet!

Alternatively if pushed for time you can warm gently in a saucepan.
