Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers.

Duck foie gras is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store your duck foie gras in a cupboard up to 18 months. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
