A high quality, 100% natural, and very enjoyable hare terrine with hazelnuts.
This medium coarse pate has a well balanced flavour and is delicious served on warm toast or with any good quality bread.
It tastes great and nothing more is needed!
Prepared by Castaing – a reputed producer in the Landes region of South West France who also supply the Parisian Grande Epicerie, the French equivalent to our Harrods or Fortnums.

Pork fat and pork meat, hare meat (20%), eggs, red wine (sulfites), hazelnuts (5%), poultry livers, starch, shallots, gelatine, Armagnac, salt, savory (0.4%), flavouring (gluten), garlic, spices, sugar, aromatic herbs.
