Castaing Sauce Aux Morilles (180g)

A high quality, ready to use French sauce aux morilles (morel mushroom sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.

Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient. Works well with red meats and pasta dishes.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard up to 1 year. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients? Water, poultry carcass, cream, dry morel mushrooms, butter, wheat flour, shallots, white wine (sulphites),  modified corn starch, Madeira wine (sulphites), leeks, onions, carrots, salt, celery, tomato, garlic, pepper, aromatic plants, spices.
