Prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg, this high-quality goose foie gras has a shelf life of two years and can already be ordered for Christmas/ New Year – they can be stored in a cupboard until open.

Each tin opens with a tin opener.

Serve your foie gras cool in fine slices on lightly toasted white bread or brioche, paired with a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam.

With regards wine pairings, we recommend a Sauternes to complement the flavors.
