A very enjoyable duck foie gras en bloc prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.

These tins look tiny but hold 65g of foie gras (one large portion/ two smaller portions) and work well in French food hampers.

Shelf Life & Storage? 1 year minimum in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.

Foie Gras Serving Suggestions?

Serve cool in fine slices spread on warm toast with either some sauternes wine jelly or our delicious Mymoune fresh fig jam.
