About this product

Two very high quality slices of duck foie gras prepared by Castaing Foie Gras in the Landes region of South West France.

Castaing are one of France’s most reputed foie gras producers and supply the Parisian Grande Epicerie – the French equivalent to Harrods or Fortnum’s.

Each slice is individually sealed so you can enjoy one a time.

Ingredients

Duck foie gras (88%), water, port wine, salt, spices, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite.

Storage and shelf life?

Store unopened in a cool dry cupboard up to 1 year. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

Cooking Preparation Tips

Serve on warm toast with optional fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
