A very good quality goose foie gras bloc seasoned with black truffle in the centre – each tin contains two slices of goose foie gras and make a delicious luxury starter for two.
Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers and all their foie gras are of very high quality.
Opens with a key which comes with the foie gras – or a tin opener.
Shelf Life/ Storage? Store in a cupboard up to 1 year. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
Foie Gras Serving Suggestions
Foie is best enjoyed served cool on lightly toasted bread or brioche together with a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes served cool.
