Goose Foie Gras Mi – Cuit (2x40g Slices Serves Two)

A very high quality goose foie gras mi cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg. The taste and texture are superb .

Presented in two single serving 40g slices. Each slice is individually packaged so you can enjoy them separately and don’t have to use both at once – simply open one sleeve, run around the rim with a knife, and gently push, and your foie gras slice will easily come out.

Storage & Care? Best before August 2026 stored in a fridge at 0-4c. Once open store in a fridge and consume within two days.

Serving Suggestions? If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 5-10 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced and lightly toasted bread with either salt and pepper or a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam.
