About this product
A high quality and 100% natural duck cassoulet prepared by La Belle Chaurienne in Castelnaudary.
Prepared with tender pieces of duck, charcuterie, Toulouse sausages and lingot beans all cooked together. The result is delicious and very satisfying!
To prepare, simply pour into a saucepan and warm gently until hot.
Cassoulet goes well with a side green salad and some crusty French bread to absorb the delicious sauce.
You can also add different flavours to your cassoulet by adding some lightly fried slice shallots and garlic; chorizo for smokiness; a little tomato concentrate and/ or stock to create a looser, more open texture.
