A traditional Greek appetiser of tender giant butter beans cooked in a very flavoursome tomato and herb based sauce.
Very enjoyable served as a cold starter with other Greek specialities such as vine leaves and feta cheese.
Goes well stirred through pasta, on lightly toasted bread … really delicious!
