A very enjoyable French duck pate prepared by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.

Enjoy on rustic French bread or warm toast with cornichons and perhaps some of our delicious Mymoune fresh fig jam.

Shelf Life & Storage? Can be stored in a cupboard 1 year minimum. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.

Ingredients? Pork, duck 30%, eggs, chicken liver, salt, Armagnac, gelatine, spices, sugar.
