Prepared by Maison Godard, one of Périgord’s most respected producers, it combines classic country pâté with smoky Spanish chorizo and sweet piquillo peppers to create a rich, deeply savoury pâté with extra flavour dimensions.
Delicious served on warm toast or any good quality bread. A side salad goes well.
Ingredients? Pork meat, pork liver, egg, piquillo peppers, chorizo, spices, salt, glucose syrup, pepper.
Storage? Store unopened in a cool, dry cupboard. Minimum shelf life: 1 year. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
