About this product

A delicious and very flavoursome French duck pate prepared with smoked duck magret for a rich and smoky taste and just a hint of basilic, Espelette pepper and shallot add an extra dimension and freshness to the overall flavour.

This pate has a nice appetizing pink colour, very pleasant texture and aroma, and a little duck stock at the base of the jar – an outstanding pate, which we highly recommend.

At it’s best enjoyed with some good quality bread as a French starter alongside mini gherkins and perhaps some cheese!

This pate is 100% natural and preservative free.

Prepared by Castaing in the Landes region, South West France.
