Spain produces a flavoursome, thin skinned variety of fig called Pajarero which is the perfect medium to carry the rich, moist flavours of this chocolate coated fruit.

Stuffed with a ganache of cream, chocolate and brandy, the Rabitos are intensely flavoured, slightly chewy, and meltingly delicious.

Ingredients

Dried figs (45%) , chocolate (37%) [(sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (MILK) fat, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural flavouring: vanilla) (chocolate contains cocoa soilds (52% minimum)], pasteurised cream (MILK), brandy flavouring (<0.5%), glucose syrup, and humectant: sorbitol.
