Duck fritons are similar (though different and slightly coarser) in texture to duck rillettes – they are 100% natural and prepared with just duck, duck fat, salt, pepper.
Very enjoyable served on some baguette as a light starter on as canapes.
One jar will serves 2-3 as a light starter depending on appetite.
