Cassoulet Au Canard Et Au Porc La Belle Chaurienne (750g Jar Serves Two)

Two portion jars of duck and pork cassoulet (100% natural and gluten free) prepared for us by La Belle Chaurienne in Castelnaudary. Each jar has 18 months life stored in a cupboard.

These delicious cassoulet are made with tender pieces of duck, pork charcuterie and Toulouse sausages cooked in a flavoursome lingot bean sauce.

Cassoulet makes an easy and very enjoyable French meal for two at home!

Cassoulet Serving Tips?

Pour your cassoulet into an oven proof dish and re-heat in oven at 180c for 20 -30 minutes until golden brown.

If short of time you can also warm gently in a saucepan or heat in a microwave tray.

If you have more time, gently fry an onion or shallot and add this to your cassoulet. It makes it even tastier! A few pieces of chorizo sausage will also add great flavour to your cassoulet.
