Contains two very good quality foie gras from Strasbourg in Alsace, France – one goose foie gras and one duck foie gras.

Each foie gras comes in an easy to open 45g jar – one generous portion per jar.

Our supplier, Edouard Artzner, are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras houses and their foie gras are superb.

Storage and shelf life?

1 year minimum in a cupboard. Once a jar is open, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
