Summer Truffle Salsa (120g)

A delicious Summer truffle sauce (or salsa) with 3% black Summer truffles and mushrooms – this truffle based speciality is really very enjoyable for anyone who enjoys black truffles.

The truffle flavour is distinct but at the same time not overpowering and it has a fresh and very pleasant flavour. One of the best fine foods in our range.

Very enjoyable on bruschetta – in which case lightly toast an artisan white loaf, rub a little raw garlic into it, add a liberal amount of the truffle salsa, and maybe a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a small amount of fresh chopped basils.

You can also stir through pasta, ad to scrambled eggs.
