A 100% natural, delicious and very satisfying French meal for two prepared with tender pieces of goose confit cooked in a flavoursome Puy lentil sauce.
The goose confit is tender and flavoursome, perfectly complemented by th e green Puy lentils and vegetables. Small pieces of smoked bacon add a gentle smokiness that enhances the depth of the sauce without overpowering the delicate flavour of the goose.
To prepare, simply pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently until hot.

Goose confit (29%), green Puy lentils (23%).
Sauce: duck stock, onions, carrots, turnip, leeks, cloves. Smoked pork breast, duck fat, salt, wheat flour, celery, egg, pepper.
