The Burgundy truffle, also known as the autumn truffle, is harvested in France, as well as in Spain, Italy and some Eastern European countries such as Bulgaria. It differs from its cousin, the summer truffle, thanks to its slightly more intense aroma and more distinctive character and subtle notes of hazelnut and mushroom.

Storage and shelf life?
Upon receipt, gently wash the truffles and dry them thoroughly. Place them in an airtight container with absorbent paper, replacing the paper every two days. Store them in the refrigerator between 2°C and 5°C.Use them within a few days to experience maximum freshness and flavour.
