A customer favourite and one of our favourites!
A delicious artisan wild boar ragu pasta sauce prepared with 35% wild boar meat. It has a deep and rich flavour and is one of the best sauces we have tasted.
Works tremendously well with penne, pappardelle or fresh egg tagliatelle.
Warm gently, pour over your pasta with some grated parmesan, ground black pepper, a little extra olive oil as optional and fresh ch0pped basil for a delicious dish.
Ingredients
Wild boar meat (35%), tomato pulp, beef, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, wine (may contain sulphites), vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaves.
