Ingredients
Fish Soup: Water, Fish, Tomato, Maize Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Saffron, Fine Herbs.
Lobster Soup: Water, lobster, corn starch, modified corn starch, natural flavours, tomato, white wine, cream, salt, aromatic plants.
Crab Soup: Fish stock, water, dark and white crab meat, tomato, saffron, herbs, maize starch, natural flavourings.
Storage and shelf life?
Cooking Preparation Tips
Simply warm gently in a saucepan and serve hot with Perard rouille, croutons and grated Emmental cheese.
You can also add pieces of white fish and shellfish (prawns and mussels) to create an easy and very enjoyable mock bouillabaisse!
