Exceptionally large, beautifully formed anchovy fillets of outstanding quality.
These are by far the finest anchovies we have ever tasted — firm, fleshy and perfectly balanced in flavour.

Each 55g pack contains 6–7 extra-large anchovy fillets, carefully selected and hand-prepared in Spain.

What Makes These Anchovies So Special?

Harvested from cold, turbulent waters during peak season, these anchovies develop a higher natural fat content. The result is a rich, savoury depth of flavour without excessive saltiness.

After curing in barrels for at least six months, each fillet is meticulously prepared by hand and packed in olive oil for perfect texture and taste.

How to Enjoy

These magnificent anchovies are incredibly versatile:

  • Serve whole on warm buttered toast
  • Pair with cherry tomatoes or fresh bread
  • Add to salads/ salade Nicoise

For anchovy butter:

Drain the fillets, mash into 100g unsalted butter with freshly ground black pepper, and spread over hot toast, grilled meats, or steamed vegetables.
