A good quality and very enjoyable duck foie gras bloc, prepared for us by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg – each tin contains 2 foie gras slices.

Opens with a tin opener.

Serving Suggestions? Duck foie gras is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes.

Shelf Life & Storage? Can be stored in a cupboard up to 18 months. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
