Perard Langoustine Bisque (780g Serves 2/3)

A very enjoyable langoustine bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet.

It has a deep colour, the smell when you warm it up and taste when you eat it is overwhelmingly of crustacean and it is very seafoody with a fine and rich flavour. The sort of soup you would be served in a French seafood restaurant in France.

The portion size is generous and this will serve two as a light main or three as a starter.

And like all the Perard range it is 100% natural and gluten free. Shelf life 18 months in a cupboard.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard 1 year minimum. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.

Serving Suggestions

Shake the jar well before opening. Reheat the bisque without boiling. Serve it very hot and stir in some fried croutons before enjoying it.
